Short-term Buy-Sell Agreements Did you know if you have more fruit than market rights, and another grower has more market rights than available fruit, the two of you could enter into a short-term buy-sell agreement? The purpose of this arrangement is to allow the buyer to realize a profit on deliveries of processor apples to Tree Top above his/her current funding level. It’s a relatively simple process, and the whole transaction lasts less than thirty days. If you’re interested in a short-term buy-sell arrangement, please contact your Field Service Representative to help you through the process.
